[Solved ✅] Auth Token Refresh Issue in Jira and Atlassian
We use Jira and Atlassian tool (for Confluence). After connecting a new account, the APIs work but after 1 hour we start getting 401 Unauthorized error. We are observing the same behaviour on the Composio webtool as well. If we reconnect the account then it works for an hour, then it stops working. Few days back there was no such issue so probably there is some breaking change. Kindly check!

@gemtushar The issue you are facing is that your Bearer token is expiring after one hour. We added a change to the OAuth2 configuration where the user does not have to specificy the cloud if themselves, rather we extract it and manage it on our end, this caused an issue with getting the refresh token for your connection which refreshes your Bearer token. We have identified the issue and the issue will be fixed soon.

Hi @samvit9021 The issue has started happening again. This time its happening only for Atlassian tool, which we are using for Confluence. Can you please check?
PS. We created a new integration and the issue started happening. Unfortunately, we deleted our previous one. I dont know it was just coincidence.

Hi @samvit9021 this time I wasnt facing issue in Jira, it was only happening in Atlassian tool. For some reason I wont be test the fix right now. You may close the issue. Thanks for the support.
