I am facing an issue when reading a directory or searching for Python files in a repository. Although there are only 40 Python files in the directory, the function unexpectedly starts reading an extremely large number of files (e.g., 4,532 or more), which causes the program to crash. How can I prevent this from happening?

sorry I did not open the discord since. I cannot execute the function GITHUB_CREATE_OR_UPDATE_FILE_CONTENTS_e16297024f to create or update a file in the GitHub repository. Please try to execute it in your environment or provide the necessary permissions for me to perform this action. I am getting this error now which type access it asking for
